What payment methods does PariharaOnline accept?
PariharaOnline accepts a wide range of payment methods to accommodate devotees worldwide. These include major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking from Indian banks, and international payment options through Stripe and PayPal. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways to ensure the safety of your financial information.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Yes, PariharaOnline supports multiple currencies to provide convenience for our global community of devotees. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) by default, but you can view pricing in US Dollars (USD), British Pounds (GBP), Euros (EUR), Australian Dollars (AUD), Singapore Dollars (SGD), and other major currencies. The currency conversion is handled automatically at checkout based on current exchange rates provided by our payment processor.
Is it safe to make online payments on PariharaOnline?
Absolutely. PariharaOnline uses industry-standard SSL encryption and partners with PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways to ensure your financial data is fully protected. We never store your complete credit card details on our servers. All payment processing is handled by trusted third-party providers like Stripe and Razorpay, which employ advanced fraud detection and security protocols to safeguard every transaction.
What is the refund policy for booked pujas?
PariharaOnline offers a clear refund policy for all puja bookings. If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled puja date, you are eligible for a full refund minus any payment processing fees. Cancellations within 48 hours of the puja may receive a partial refund or credit toward a future booking. Once a puja has been performed, refunds are not available as the sacred ceremony cannot be reversed. Please refer to our refund policy page for complete details.
Will I receive a confirmation after placing an order?
Yes, upon successfully placing an order on PariharaOnline, you will immediately receive a confirmation email and SMS with your order number, puja details, scheduled date, and payment receipt. A second notification is sent when the puja is performed, including photographs or video links of the ceremony. A third notification follows when your prasadam is dispatched with tracking information. You can also track your order status at any time through your PariharaOnline account dashboard.
Can I book multiple pujas in a single order?
Yes, PariharaOnline allows you to add multiple pujas to your cart and complete them in a single transaction. This is particularly convenient when you need a combination of remedial pujas such as Navagraha Shanti along with a specific deity puja. Each puja in your order will have its own scheduled date and can be performed at different temples if needed. Bundle discounts may be available for certain combinations of pujas and homams.
Do you offer any discounts or subscription plans for regular pujas?
PariharaOnline offers special pricing for devotees who wish to perform recurring pujas such as monthly Pradosham Shiva Puja, weekly Satyanarayana Puja, or annual birthday Nakshatra Shanti ceremonies. Subscription plans provide discounted rates compared to individual bookings and ensure your pujas are automatically scheduled on the correct auspicious dates. We also offer seasonal discounts during major festivals like Navaratri, Diwali, and Maha Shivaratri for select puja packages.
