If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled puja date, you are eligible for a full refund minus any payment processing fees. Cancellations within 48 hours of the puja may receive a partial refund or credit toward a future booking. Yes, upon successfully placing an order on PariharaOnline, you will immediately receive a confirmation email and SMS with your order number, puja details, scheduled date, and payment receipt. A second notification is sent when the puja is performed, including photographs or video links of the ceremony. A third notification follows when your prasadam is dispatched with tracking information. You can also track your order status at any time through your PariharaOnline account dashboard.
